Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup; for smaller accents, simply print your prepaid shipping label and drop it at a local carrier facility.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
